Dubai developer Nakheel has officially opened International City Pavilion, a new shopping and dining hub with 24 shops, restaurants and services and a development value of nearly AED90 million.

The Pavilion is the latest project in the company’s AED16 billion retail expansion that will bring 17 million sq ft of new shop space to Dubai.

International City Pavilion, which has 250 parking spaces, contains 82,000 sq ft of leasing space, 70,000 sq ft has opened with the rest undergoing fit out.

It features a Union Coop as the anchor store, an Aster medical centre and household-name outlets such as Magrabi, Aster Pharmacy, Etisalat, Adidas, McDdonalds, Gloria Jeans, KFC and Baskin Robbins.

There are also plans to extend the Pavilion with a cinema, which has already been leased to an operator. More info
